It's hard to lay my finger on it. I think the whole right part of his head is stretched sideways. This results in the thing that the right eye (so his left one) should be more to the left to make it symmetric with his other eye, but more to the right in order to make it fit with his ear.
You do not use basic lines for the face, right? That has helped me tremendously to get these parts on the right spot; I cannot draw a face without

Hair is awesome, pose is interesting, shading is nice, especially under the chin.
There is something about the face. Nothing wrong with the eyes, mouth and nose; I guess there is something off with the position of some of these parts.
